If calls don't go up, you don't pay for the tune-up.
On day 0 we screenshot the calls and direction requests in your own Google Business Profile dashboard for the last 28 days. On day 30 we screenshot it again.
If the day-30 number isn't higher than day 0, we refund the $349 in full within 7 days. No argument.
The fair print: you give us manager access within 3 business days, you don't undo the changes, and the profile wasn't already suspended for something like fake reviews. For seasonal trades (sprinklers in October, say) we compare to the same window last year where the data exists, and we put that in writing before we start. We guarantee calls, never rankings and never jobs. What happens on the phone is yours.

Straight answers
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. One-time work is paid per job. The Growth Plan is month-to-month with 30 days' notice, in writing (a text counts).
Who owns the website?
You. The domain is registered in your name, the content and photos are yours, and if you cancel we hand over a full copy and every login within 14 days.
Do you need my Google password?
Never. You add us as a Manager on the listing, which you can revoke any time. We never ask for passwords to anything.
Can you guarantee I'll rank #1?
No, and nobody honest can. We guarantee calls and direction requests from your listing go up in 30 days or the tune-up is free.
What if my nephew built my site?
Keep him. The tune-up doesn't touch the website. If you want the site rebuilt later, the only thing we need from him is the domain login.
Is the text-back thing legal?
Yes, done our way: one text, only to someone who just called you, from your own registered number, identifying your business, with opt-out in the first message. STOP is honored automatically. No marketing texts, ever.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer through a payment link. Tune-up in full to start; site half to start, half before launch; Growth Plan charged monthly from launch.
